They lured me in with a low rate, and then jacked it up every few months until it’s higher than all the competition. I’ve been locked out several times, because they lose track of my always early epayment, even though it’s always cleared prior to them locking me out. Then, when you go to the office, they’re usually not there during their listed office hours, and no one locally or at the corporate level ever answers the phone. This isn’t the place you want to leave your stuff if you ever want to see it again.
